As a Client, you are expected to provide clear descriptions of tasks, maintain a safe environment for Providers, and properly verify completed work before approving payment. As a Provider, you must perform accepted tasks professionally, safely, and entirely in accordance with the agreed-upon terms, possessing any required licenses or certifications for the services offered.
2. Platform Usage Rules
ThePlugg is designed to be a reliable and secure environment connecting clients with service professionals. You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
Users are strictly prohibited from bypassing our payment system, harassing or threatening other users, creating duplicate accounts, or using automated scripts to extract data from the platform. Any violation of these usage rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without prior notice.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
ThePlugg serves solely as a technology platform that connects Clients seeking services with independent Providers willing to perform them. We do not directly employ any Providers, nor do we provide the services ourselves.
Consequently, ThePlugg expressly disclaims any liability arising from the performance of services, property damage, personal injury, disputes between users, or the quality of the work completed. Users engage with one another at their own risk, and ThePlugg makes no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, safety, or quality of the Providers or their services beyond our initial background screening processes.
4. Privacy Considerations
Your privacy is a cornerstone of our platform's design. We handle your personal information in accordance with our Global Privacy Policy, utilizing industry-standard security measures to protect your sensitive data against unauthorized access.
Users are expected to respect the privacy of others.
